I need help with upgrading of Avalon gen2. Do I need to update firmware of just cgminer or router firmware? Im very confused with the files on download page of the author of this device. Can someone tell me what I need to update and how to do it? Response from cat avalon_version is:

and data from os is:

It is very annoying because it stop to mine few times a day. I resolve this by reseting it few times a day but it is annoying. I try to use scrypt which i read on these forum on other pages but it didnt help. So please, if someone know how to update it to the latest version and get rid of this stuck help me
It is two blade machine with 1250W gold PSU.
Other question. Is it safe to overclock it to 1400MHz? It work with much better hash speed but it get stucked more than now.
