Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.
I have a great idea for a new coin.
How would I find a Dev that could help me create this coin. Id there a forum or marketplace for this?
Thank you for your time.

There are members on the thread for example:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=660051.0
that can help you launch the coin with your specifications. You can usually find other altcoin creators in the Service section of the marketplace.

Building an altcoin yourself is more fun. Here is a guide on it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=193025.msg9167062#msg9167062
I am also working on an easy guide which will allow people with very less coding experience to build an altcoin.
