On Sunday 15th June my eBay account suffered a multiID scamming attack. In this type of attack the scammer will use 2 different, but subtly similar identities to fool the seller into an extremely easily reversible transaction. According to PayPal and eBays' emails it was perpetrated via stolen accounts. Both PayPal and eBay would do a great good towards a safer trading environment if they introduced 2-way-authentication in their login processes. Help me by re-twitting my tweets to PayPal and eBAY. A couple of screenshots to eBay's email as well as a screenshot of my clean eBay trader account.
