Altcoins that reward Node operators?

Are there any altcoins that reward node operators? I'd love to run a node but being a usual 14 year old with barely any cash to spend, some income would be nice 

I DO however, have a Raspberry Pi, which leads me to my next question: Is there a "general" way of setting up a node? Like, do all cryptocurrencies use the same standard procedure for setting a node up or are their oddball coins that just have different methods?
