We are in need of a website that allows Ottoman users to watch at commercials and when watching those commercials they will receive some Ottoman coins. The commercials should pay a fix amount of money to get listed. So we need somebody that can develop this kind of site.

So the plan is that people can earn OTC coins when they look at certain commercials. Those commercials has to pay $,£,€ to get listed. I want to achieve the first PTC coin , basically want that means is, that we receive money from the outside world that we can reinvest in the coin. It should be a win-win-win situation.

Win - for the user that click on the commercials
Win - for the site owner that receive money
Win - for the companies that are listed, because maybe a few people will start buying articles from their site.

and another big win is - the coin price can exploded when a lot of companies are listed, meaning a lot of money for grow, for supporting the coin, etc.
