we are very glad that you won the JP and the big prize but IMO opinion it is not nice to to sit now without a bit patience to receiver your prize on your account.

you forgot to mention that you received the Jackpot prize because the Jackpot is paid auto immediately after it is hit

first of all we pay out all promos manually

second we check always before each payout for irregularities and this takes a bit time
