Is it really worth the time? I guess in the long term, it would be better to do something that adds value for the long term

If you want a few mBTCs to play around with this is a simple way to get them. If you really want to make BTC, consider offering your services in the services section.

Well said. If you just want to learn how to receive a bitcoin payment, you could try faucets for a day.
But if you want to earn some serious amount of bitcoin, you shouldn't waste your time on faucets IMHO.

Btw, you need to fix the bitcoinker link in the OP. Tongue

You can get some btc at faucets and you can use them like money (you can't chargeback!),but it's just digital, every transaction is visible on blockchain (which is good) and i recommend you to read the whitepaper of bitcoin. It will explain you a lot of things. Smiley

It was always 200 every 15 minutes which is 800 an hour. But it is now over.

Can we do any of these on our phone?

If you have a twitter account then yes you can!

Digressing a bit but your comment made me realize that all transactions being visible on the blockchain would be a privacy issue, no?
