guys, we are launching a bitcoin/altcoin exchange, featuring full openness and transparency. The 3 principles we have are:
1. open sourced. our matching engine and most backend logics will be open sourced on github.
2. open data. We allow all user to access to the following data:
    - all user's depisit/withdrawal records (off chain and on-chain)
    - all user's orders of all types
    - all user's current balances of all currencies
    - all transaction data
    - all hot and cold wallet addresses of all currencies

users can browse these data online, or downloaded all these events and system snapshots as JSON files (downloadable files are available with 1 hour delay), for whatever purpose. We do not publicize user private data or strategic/conditional order information.

3. provable 100% reserve. We will keep 100% user assets in our wallets and never invest for our own benefit. The proof is straight-forward based on  open-data. We go beyond the merkle-tree approach.

Our exchange is still centralized (sorry). We have firm belief in decentralization, but we also believe excellent user experience, convenience, and custom service are very important, especially for the mass.

We are a HongKong based company, we will test drive our platform in early July. The invitation only private-beta is available at https://coinport.com.

We hope to get some feedback from this forum. We try to be open-minded. My email address is d@coinport.com.
