Looking for paid advertising

Im right now starting my own Website its a privat Bitcoin marketplace where people can buy and sell Bitcoins anonymously.

Im located in vienna and my service is mostly for Austrian or European residents.

So Im looking to target this Area and post ref links or ads on my site to get more traffic and to make some extra bucks running this site

You might try to fins some Paid-per-Click sites (like Google Adsense sorta) that pays in Bitcoins. I know for sure that there's a few.

I was just checking austriabitcoin.at. Your banner & charts are outside the main body and they menu has made its way into it. Try to fix that part before approaching advertisers. Adsense wont approve this.
