why don't you just try signature campaign, you can make 0.0012 per post if you are good enough, and you can get paid in BTC every month, so i guess that's better than voting for new coins. Check my signature, that's 0.0004 what you see there, and you can do it yourself

maybe you can try pay per vote to listed in exchanger, especially mintpal
but nobody pay you in bitcoiin, usually they paid in their respective coin
just look at these forums :
Code:
http://coinzen.org/index.php/board,45.0.html
http://altcoingiveaways.com/index.php?board=4.0
http://bitcoingarden.tk/forum/index.php?board=2.0
search most profitable coin to vote and vote for it
you'll get BTC when you exchange that coin to BTC

I think there are no sites paying in bitcoins for voting.

Getting a real job would pay more.

Not sure why people bother with signature campaign.

Why do you need such site? If you want help to promote new currency, you should donate BTC for it. IMO, it is best way

It really depends.
If you have good products and services to sell (eg. programming and translating), you can earn some pretty good amount of bitcoin.
If you are able to make over a thousand of constructive posts a month (like hilarious), you can earn nearly 1 btc a month. Smiley

Well, I'm already earning Bitcoin via a signature campaign at Jr. Member status, so  you can probablt find a campaign you can participate in.
Thats great income , but still good Signature Campaign
Lets counting :
0.0003/Vote I assumptions 1Vote / Hour , i assumptions again 10 Hour / Day
0.0003*10=0.003/Day
0.003*30=0.09/Month This form Voting just my assumptions

If you Sign Campaign on PD as Member
0.0004/Post I assumptions 2 Post / hour , i assumptions again 10 Hour / Day
0.0004*20=0.008/Day
0.008*30=0.24/Month This form Sign Campaign and it was only 2 post / hour , what if 5-10 Post / Hour

Thats Just my assumptions ,
Correct me If i Wrong or CMIIW

As cool as this would be, most campaigns are paying weekly, with 100 posts as the maximum for that week. So you'd get 0.008 for 5 days, which equals 0.04, then you multiply that by 4, so you can earn about 0.16/month at the posted rate, although many other rates are much higher. I have yet to find a signature campaign that pays less than 0.0007 for members. Less than 0.0007 may be extremely common, but I don't know.

But, related to the OP's question, no, there aren't any sites.

I have to ask, however, how you can get paid for doing something for free, which doesn't benefit anyone else. You don't get paid for free unless it's faucets. You're not supposed to just "get" bitcoin. You're supposed to benefit someone else (Or steal/scam it) in order to get it. So don't have your hopes up for a voting website in the future, unless voting benefits someone else.

This would usually work the opposite way.

Crypto exchanges (exchanges that don't exchange fiat) generally decide which new coins to allow for trading by allowing people to vote by paying bitcoin they own to the exchange. This is essentially voting with your wallet.

This is one additional way that these exchanges earn revenue
