simple question, what if anyone could forge another identity?  If I don't misunderstand u, the key point is to make sure off-chain identity is unique and real? I just hope that u can find someone to implement it and give it a try. talking about a concept doesn't help,  only can be proved when u go on to the implementation,

Good question and yes, your are right, talking alone does not help. But it is a start.

Do you have development suggestions?

Imagine a crypto currency that is linked to this device: http://www.getnymi.com

Call it Life Coin or call it Heart Coin

If nothing else, it might sell a few more of these devices.

But another approach is to have multiple established persons vouching for the identity of a new person joining in.
That moment, more coins are 'forged'.

If you are a developer, or an enthusiastic project manager, just start the process.

I am neither, sorry.
