To whom may concern,

I am looking for sellers who are able to sell bitcoins in large quantities (10-30 coins/ transaction) below market price of btc-e, and who are able to supply bitcoin constantly. Please send me a PM if interested.

An offer to buy below btc-e market value?  First time I've seen one like that.  I suppose if purchasing in quantity like that might make some sense.
