hi all, I'm a p2p lending blogger/finance guy and I've been very excited to discover both debt and equity investments made p2p with sites like BTCJam, BitLendingClub and Cryptostocks.
When I was only doing fiat p2p lending, it was easy to track my loan performance since payments were monthly over a term of 3-5 years. Now, in a month, and especially with an early payment, I can redeploy my BTC into additional investments sometimes 2 or 3x in a month.
I'm currently tracking all of this in Excel (im a finance guy and not a programmer) but I see that there is a need for these tools for other investors too especially when determining interest earned, which investments are profitable, and how much in interest and dividends is taxable, especially for those of us in the US and other countries where interest is taxed. This is definitely more than an amortization table, which I saw a few of on Github, but I'm not sure how much more.
what tools do you use or what would you like to see in a tool to help manage and organize your multiple investments?
I want to build a tool that is workable and useful for more than just myself so what would you want in a tool like this to help managing and analyze your investments?
