https://peatio.com/documents/api_v2 we need a python-api-client, I bid it for 0.05 btc, and will opensource it immediately when I get it. And one of Peatio Exchange's programmers personally added another 0.05 btc, so there'll be 0.1 btc (market price 63 USD in total).
The only problem is there isn't English document. Google translator may help. Need it in 2 days. Anyway, I'll send 0.1 btc it to the first one who sent it to my email / publish on Github.
