Draper could have presented himself a bit better in that press conference. Fix your hair and wear a tie that makes people take you seriously, LOL. Maybe take a public speaking class.... Grin

His tie was in honor of his proposal to split California into five or six smaller states, but he said he didn't have enough support and would postpone the petition for a year or two from what I can remember.
