Help with coinbase

Coinbase is asking to re-authenticate my laptop. I can't log in and I am not receiving the emails they are sending and the online chat does not seem to have the ability to help. After many email requests to have someone contact me still no results. I have no idea what my account is worth or how to proceed. Anyone else having this problem? How should I proceed.

Do not agree to their new terms and don't use them.  I think if you agree to their new terms, you won't be able to get money if there is a class action lawsuit.

Best advice would be to stop using Coinbase completely and switch to Blockchain.info that is not trying to scam its users like Coinbase routinely does.
