A London firm has developed a way for Google Glass users to control their devices just by thinking.  Shocked

I can't believe it, but I'm actually with the people who find google glass annoying, it'd be cool to use at home or in private but if you use it outside all the time you're just being a douche.

Google glass is real annoying but this is ground breaking discovery which could be implemented in many other devices.

I don't see how it is more annoying than a smartphone or a MP3 player.
It may be a bit harder to notice at first , but soon everyone will know when someone is not paying attention and looking at their Google glass.

Voice controls are one of the most annoying things as I don't want to be in a bus or train with everyone yelling out things to their phone. This provides an effective solution to make the Google glass a more usable product in public.

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

I don't mind phones precisely because they don't require that, nothing wrong with just pressing a button, in fact I don't know why the phone companies abandoned keyboards for touch screens in the first place, the problem with google glass is with everybody 'talking' to their computers and using hand gestures you can bet there will be lots of accidental eye pokings and so on in crowded spaces.

It reminds me of the Nintendo Wii if anybody remembers what happened where you had people breaking their flatscreens constantly because the strap on that stupid Wii remote kept on breaking off because they were waving it around all over the place without any thought.
