WTB working php-MPOS front end for eloipool for bitcoin or guide

I've got an eloipool setup and running for bitcoin using stratum and var diff.  This is on ubuntu 13.10.  I'd like a setup guide for installing and implementing MPOS as the front end.  There are several guides out there for scrypt, but I can't seem to get one to work for btc and eloipool.

Currently share logging is going into share.log rather than mysql. So we'll need to adjust the config.py in eliopoool for that also.
