Is there an alternate site I can go to to see how many confirmations for my transactions already?  I heard that blockchain.info is off lately.  Thanks.

Try Blockexplorer.com. Similar features, but sometimes slow, and the UI isn't as nice. Should suffice, however.

I don't even see it on blockexplorer.com ... i do see it on blockchain.info, it's been unconfirmed for the last 40 minutes.  I kind of needed this to go through a lot faster.  Any idea when it will hit 1 confirmation?

Can you give me the txid? I would be able to get a better idea of when it'll get a confirmation, if I know what it is, what outputs it spends, the fee, etc.

It's already been confirmed, about 4 minutes ago. Both Blockchain.info and Blockexplorer.com concur on this.

There are a couple of bitcoin block explorers other than bc.i, such as https://blockexplorer.com/, https://btc.blockr.io/, https://www.biteasy.com/ and http://insight.bitpay.com/
