Well tax laws will definitely change if this goes through.  The only way the agricultural belt could make money without hurting it's own people would be to tax produce.  A CA sales tax on fresh produce would be a 10% across the board increase on food commodities - yeah that's not going to be a kick in the pants

But whatever noteworthy lets see if it comes into existence that would be something for his pocket books  .
