[BOUNTY] 0.1BTC Convert Offline Transaction to C# with litecoin support

I pay 0.1BTC to the first user that converts strongcoin offline transaction script to C# with litecoin support, fully working.
This means, giving a transaction history(from abe, not lirazsiri) for an address, its private key, an amount, fee and a destination address it needs to create a valid rawtransaction, wich can be broadcasted using a daemon (sendrawtransaction).

The litecoin support needs be changed with one variable only to support multiple coins(litecoin 48, dogecoin 30 etc).

Brainwallet.org can also do this and theres a port for litecoin but transactions are not working, at least not with abe or any workaround that I have tried.

I can pay a smaller amount for just the javascript port.
