Personal loan, how can i get one?

I only got personal info like (ID/Passport/Drivers licence, Birth Certificate, Utility bills, Payslips etc...) Any idea on how can i get a loan withouth a collateral ?

Zilch, no chance whatsoever.  If you can put together a good enough reason for needing the personal loan, and you feel confident in that you'll pay it back, then try out btcjam.  You'll have better luck finding 'investors' there.

usually that is one of the only ways to secure a loan - half of the amount as collateral in a different alt like litecoin.
