On a related note: how is it humanly possible to sleep when it's 88*F at the coldest time of day? Does everybody sleep on refrigerated water beds?
What happens when someone in Phoenix sweats? Do you guys look like ethereal beings, with water vapor shooting out of your pores? Are you able to drink water without it immediately evaporating going from the bottle to your lips, or is that why they originally invented bottled water, so you could make an airtight seal with your mouth to prevent that? Though... how do you keep the very thin plastic in "environmentally conscious" bottles from simply melting?
If you leave an egg outside, how many minutes does it take for the egg to either rupture the shell or become hard-boiled?
Why isn't there constant civil war somewhere so hot? Is it just because everyone's on the verge of collapsing from heat exhaustion?
How much more money does it cost in A/C to live in Phoenix vs. somewhere habitable?
If water evaporates in Phoenix, is it able to be "slowed" and "compressed" fast enough to remain in the atmosphere, or does is water evaporating in Phoenix lost in space?
I can deal with cold just fine (perfect 63*F here!)... but I've never lived in an oven. Just wonderin'.
