Is this the same project were they wanted to claim that bitcoin is the largest desentralised network in the world? I was just wonderering I this was the case, If Satoshi Yakamoto will come forward to accept the certificate.

Well the Bitcoin Foundation could accept it on his behalf, seeing that he is still listed as a Core developer.
Strange thing is, people do not need to do stunts like this, to promote Bitcoin. Bitcoin has a life of it's own. It's growing through popularity {Like WhatsUp / Twitter / Facebook} If you give something to people and it fits their needs {Being cheaper or FREE and more effective} it would need no water, it will grow.
