Doubt we will see up-1000 again this year.

But we may scratch the 900's between september and december, because many rises start this perior of yer for some reason.

Its impossible say when we'll see the next big jump.

All we can say, lookig at the previous rises, it will be quick and big one, not motived by a single factor, and unpredictable.

But the end of year has big chance of being the next big rise, because people get extra-money in this period and lots of buys and sells due to new year and Xmas stuff, what can be good for the bitcoin business,

Personally i think we will see Bitcoin recover, as in $1000+ in 2015. Yes, we all thought 2014 is the year of the bitcoin but lets face it MtGox and the Chinese killed that idea.

We are now at a stage where infrastructure and startups are forming around Bitcoin and creating ways for more Bitcoin adoption. Also in this phase there will be a lot of cleansing of AltCoins as we have seen, some coins lost 90% of their value from ATH and stuck there some completely dead. Current climate is also a good time to test future prospects of certain promising coins such as DarkCoin.

share your opinions as to when you think we'd see a recovery.

It need to fall first before will recover.

And forget of DRK. Monero FTW!
