Hi,

I don't know if someone already mention that, but I still don't understand why bitcoin services are using freenode as their IRC channel service.
Freenode was meant for open source projects and this should not change. I think it's time for the crypto-community to launch his own channel service to promote projects around a reliable chat service. I don't know #opencurrency #cryptochannel #anythingelse
Of course bitcoin-core and many altcoins are opensourced so their use of freenode is normal. But what about these folks from pools, mining softwares and hardwares, using freenode ast a support channel for closed and paid services ??

THIS SHOULD STOP. IT'S TIME TO LEAVE FREENODE.
