Exchange name suggestion

Can anybody tell me any exchange where i can buy BTC without having to submit documents and using credit cards..?
I remember one site that was based in UK..
Please help me out.

If I am right then you can do this on www.btc-e.com one of best and legit exchanges here on this forum and site is working with multi payment methods

It requires the payment option where i need to use OKPAY or something like that which require me to submit verification document..

yes i know this however my requirement wont meet by this.
I wold be transferring from UK and receiving from China. so i want a exchange site rather..

I don't understand. What payment method are you trying to use?
