The rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" means that in order to get a loan you must give collateral that is equal, or preferably higher to the amount you are being loaned.

You need loan in Egopay/PM not in btc .+you don't have any collateral . You haven't mentioned the time frame + Interest rate.

They are online but we can't withdraw more than 50$. At most of the time according to server time cashouts dont happen.

Interest will be 20% Time frame 2-3 days.
