You have a long way to go buddy. Start with researching the GPUs you want to use. Mining rigs are dedicated... you'd have to build your rig from scratch. A computer isn't going to cut it.

I am going to buy a computer to mine X11, X13 X15 or some of the newer coins that are not copies of bitcoin etc...

What specifications should I look for in a computer to mine these coins?

*For example, one of the new coins only has a 64 bit windows download for the wallet,
so I reason I will only buy a computer that is 64 bit so I can mine that coin.
Should I also try to get AMD ATI graphics card? if so, then which ones?(I dont want to get a computer and then be told that I cant mine with that graphics card)

When I buy the computer, I want it to be able to mine coins, out of the box kind of thing. no screwing around trying to figure out this or that. Just mine is all, and now.

Is the computer sufficient for mining those coins, or will I need to get a gpu?
(if I need a gpu, then what kind of computer is good with a gpu for mining?)

Thank you in advance

Dont buy it if you haven, do some calculation and you know that you won't ROI forever..

1 are you mining for money?
2 do you have free electricity?

if you answer is no for 1st then you can buy anything and start..
if both the answer is yes then you start now with GPU with little research or else better go for asic with minimum ROI time.
