Activity and Number of posts to Spreadsheet

Is there a way to have Microsoft Excel or google spreadsheet automatically pull the number of posts and the activity level of a specific account and insert it into a specific cell?

I have the "u" # and the link to the user's profile.

Does anyone know how to do this.
