Scammed by energa alias shreya/shreyat

Hi there

Be careful energa is a scammer , also known as shereya or shreyat. (real name Tong Shreya)
First transaction here, first scam. (569$)
At localbitcoin there is a member with same nickname and 100% positive rating but it's not the same person (i understood later) !
I paid by paypal so i opened a dispute (fraudulent payment) and i hope i will get my money back.

Im a serious guy, i wanted to buy 3 btc and also nxt but now im just disgusted by all the scammers out there in the crypto currencies. Bitcointalk is full of scammers dont trust anybody, be very careful.

I hope i will get my moneyback

Paypal closed the dispute. No refund. They don't offer protection for virtual goods anyway.
This motherfucker is lucky as fuck

what happen if i do a chargeback ?
anybody knows if paypal will limit or close my account ?
I dont want troubles with paypal i'm very active and need my account.

You should be able to charge back digital goods. Try giving them a call and asking to speak with someone about the dispute.

you send paypal as goods payment?

you still can get back refunded your paypal funds via charge back request from your bank or credit card even your dispute closed

you still safe and lucky enough to send refundable paypal, while I just seen another scam report on this forum which some silly guy sent first 3.32 BTC LOL even btc never refundable like paypal

I traded some times here and also on LBC and I always use escrow and never got any problem so far

I am not sure how possible some peoples too silly to got scammed for 2000 USD very easily and non reversible btc

You have the possibility to make an appeal against the decision then paypal will refrezze the ammount and will reconsider your case and i would provide them as much as you can !

I have phoned to paypal, the guy told me they proctect buyers only for goods not for digital/numerical things.
He understood what i explained to him and told me to do a chargeback.
That's what i gonna do to get my money back.
He also told me they gonna check his paypal account to see if they gonna ban him or not.
I don't know if he scammed other people using paypal or not.
I hope this bastard will be banned.
