Hi everybody,
this is the my first post and I'm sorry to start with a help request.

I have  a Coincraft desk by BITMINE.CH , it boots, I can access it via web and via SSH... it wouid be a fantastic device if only it would recognize the 3 boards in it.
I opened it, checked the connector, gave a look... nothing. It just power on.
I don't find any useful information in the logs.

I know that there aren't many Coincraft Desk around.  Personally I prefer the Antminer S2, a bit more noisy but never gave a problem... running non stop since a month.

The Coincraft initially recognized 2 boards (on 3), then just one... and now none. of them.

Any help would be HIGLY appreciated.
Luckily I live only 20kms from Bitmine offices... I already contacted them for support, hopefully I will get an answer tomorrow, but I was wondering if any of you had similar issues before.

Thanks for your time.
Regards,

Hi
Do you have a clean image of the sd card?
I run 3 times into the same problems with the Dragon 1 T miners.
I can access them via web and ssh, but they will not mine.
Problems are solved when I flash the sd card with a image that is not corrupted.
The bitmine rigs are similair to the Dragon 1T miners, they both use A1 chips from Innosilicon.
The sd card can be corrupted by turning on and off the power.
I hope this solve your problems, otherwise I don't have a clue.

Well, if you still have the warranty from Bitmine you should contact support. Some people have reported you may need to upgrade the firmware, or simple open the case and check the connection. there were reports that 200 GH/s modules were not connected to the board properly.
