rant follows  Angry

Dear Coins-E

Thanks for taking my hard earned coins and refusing to credit my account.
Thanks also for failing to reply to any support tickets I've lodged.
I know your all probably busy, don't care, or have simply disappeared with everyone's money.
If you haven't run away, I'll assume then you simply don't know how to run an exchange.

To wrap up, just a small suggestion to help you out?

Pull your finger out and give me my money or bugger off.

Thanks Grin

reading an old conversation on twitter @SaifAltimimi points at this guy as the owner of coins-e:

@SaifAltimimi @richystran do you own coinse? is that a link for support?

@_digit_ I do not. I was interested in investing in the business and is still in talks with the owner - you can tweet him @vigsun

that exchange seem to run on autopilot, nobody answer the support tickets anymore. I wrote three regarding the invalid txid related to my btc withdrawal. can someone help to find this guy just like they did with the owner of coinmarket.io?

so coins-e went through a reboot. I've been trying to withdraw some coins I had stored there. Been partially successful. Anyone else had success (or not)?

Btw - I assume folks have the contact information for coins-e. Seems pretty easy to grab this via whois, and history.

I had a lack of success withdrawing Litecoins from there. I tried emailing support but had no reply from them. The wallets for a number of other coins I have on there are "under maintenance" so I can't attempt to withdraw those. It seems like a zombie exchange now that just takes your money and never returns it. I wouldn't consider depositing Bitcoins there ever again because I don't trust them anymore.

Yup, had the same issue a while back and coins are still not transferred. I've made a couple of tickets for it, still no response after a couple of weeks.
Luckily it's not too much, will never use coins-E again for sure...
