I cant seen to recover my hacked account,
can anyone helped?

I opened back in 2011.

I have sent a PM to "theymos" in September but no reply yet,
is there a better way to go about this?

If Cyrus didn't respond you can PM Theymos with the signed message as explained here

Unfortunately I don't have have any Key,
but I can prove I have opened the account based on the email used to open it
and the messages I got from the forum,
including the "your account got hacked"

but I can prove I have opened the account based on the email used to open it
and the messages I got from the forum,
including the "your account got hacked" 

An email won't help you, due to the fact that email adresses can be stolen to proof ownership. Have you never posted a bitcoin adress with your account? Maybe if you provide your user account i or someone else can lookup previous posted adresses.
