What much can you do without an admin account?

 It depends on the setted permissions . Also the user should not have the ability to install whatever passes through his or her mind. There should be  a control in which he asks for something required and if it is something reasonable and valid for the purpose of using the vps I will install what is required. Like this I will prevent certain abuses that could take place. Take into account that I will be responsable for the actions done in the vps.
