This shits too scary for me. I always imagine something like this will be what ends with the human race, rather than some kind of mega war.

Yeah, I think the same. It's just a matter of time before such thing happens.

Anyway, I don't find it a good thing that an infected doctor is brought to the USA.

I do. It gives the US a chance to study the virus first hand. Also, there's more of a chance of the survival of the doctor here in the United States where we can offer better care. Everyone is taking massive precautions to prevent it from spreading. Literally, the amount of precautions is insane.
