The TX has propagated to the network (my ordinary node knows about it). The
priority is currently (549*5686000 + 729*1557717 + 1203*8432540) / 618 = 23,303,455. Once it hits 57,600,000 in ~9.4 days (it needs ~34M more priority, and gains ~25K per confirmation, and there are ~144 confirmations per day), it should confirm on its own.
You might try this, but I don't know if it'll help:
https://github.com/petertodd/replace-by-fee-toolsWow, I can't have it take 9 days. I guess I need to figure out a double spend. I don't think I can use that tool because I use blockchain, but I sent my change to a different wallet so maybe that will help.
Hm...I'm not sure if this'll work, but I might try this: spend your change (a transaction to yourself is fine) in a tx that has sufficient fees for both transactions (0.0002 BTC or more should be fine). Since both transactions will propagate, this should give any intelligent* miners the incentive they need to confirm both quickly, and it should make it into a block soon.
*"intelligent" = they recognize that the chain of transactions is worth including, even if one of the transactions in it is not. I don't know if the reference mining implementation includes this, but it ought to.
Edit: oh hey, it looks like you or the person you sent to did that with tx
https://blockchain.info/tx/b5a869acbcbabad49b5802fb86a70fa330f14af45df38fb730f885cb889378ea, and both transactions confirmed in the same block! (3 confirmations now) Just a 0.0001 fee was sufficient.
