Creating NEW Topic help

Hello fellow BCT Members.  Is there any requirements for creating new topic in the Market Place?

I created a topic but it's not showing up in the Market Place.  When i attempt to re-create the topic, i get the following error

"You already submitted this post! You might have accidently double clicked, or tried to refresh"  

Yes accidentally is spelled wrong  Admins.

No, but there is a time limit on making posts though. Make sure you wait the full six minutes before you try again.

Thank you but the topic was never created the first time.  I just instantly get the error message.

Sometimes that happens, but log-ins and attempted posts both reset the clock so you must wait the 6 minutes again. Wait 6 mins after your last post and try again and see if that helps.

When you get this error, it isn't enough to wait 6 minutes. You have to copy your post, click new topic and paste your post again.
