How to easily setup solo mining on testnet3?

No one seems to be mining on the testnet atm so we can't really test
I have a spare antminer S3 that I can point to it, but no idea how to actually set it up real quick?
if there is quick and easy way to do this, i'll really appreciate it, since it's good to get it done before the end of the work day and week here...
