That is fucked up.... Who would gamble on a mans future. If you watch the videos he didn't do it on purpose. This shouldn't be allowed to be posted.

waaaaaa!  I don't like someone betting on something they cannot control!

Take it to the school board meeting, Alice.

I would totally bet on this.  IMO prediction markets are cool, and likely beatable.  I have never heard of Betmoose so I'll start keeping that on my radar, right now the only statement site I would fire on is bitbet.us as they have the longest history of paying out.  I would avoid betsofbitco.in at all costs.

IMO that engine noise revving right before + Tony's history of temper and driver-fighting is not going to play well for him.  That being said a 20 yr old kid is putting himself in danger running towards a fast-moving racecar, so that's clearly not smart.  IMO Tony says "I was gunning the engine to avoid him" and then it's up to the lawyers, judge, and all the other back-door fun stuff.  Tony is pretty wealthy, but man it looked like he was trying to intimidate the kid with that engine rev... damn... gonna be a close one Smiley

I'm flying FPV race drones these days. Check out my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/MiconFPV

There was a guy on here last week saying he had all these ridiculous possible bets like "how many people would die in the Hawaii hurricane."  Now that is messed up but this is not the same, yeah it's his future but it's a legal decision, not saying like "will Ward die?", he already did.

Now if the question was murder I'd say no but it could be something like negligent homicide so it will be close, but I'd go with NO, because the guy who died put himself in harm's way.

My thoughts are, Tony Stewart knew that Ward's car crashed after cutting him off. Then on the next go around on the next lap Stewart would be or should be looking at Ward's car to see if he did any damage to it. That just a natural instinct humans do, when there's a car wreck you instantly look to see if there was damage, yet Stewart clipped him and didn't see him? He shouldve had his eyes on that car the whole time because he crashed it and how can you not see the guy in the road?

I could be wrong but those are my thoughts.
