All my other internet connections seem fine, but the last couple of times I've started up Electrum 1.9.8 on Mountain Lion it does not connect or refresh my latest transactions.

Looked in the documentation, but couldn't find anything about connections, or refreshing from the server.

Any hints for a beginner would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Click on the lowest, rightmost symbol (Network), (disable auto connect if enabled) select a new server, klick "ok".

Yes, thanks. Tried that. Tried several servers. Tried turning off all my firewalls. Tried quitting and restarting Electrum several times.

Still..... "Not connected", and no refresh on recent transactions.

My fault!!!

Another firewall I forgot about was interfering. Found it. Turned it off, and your app quickly recovered.

Sorry for the firedrill!

I'm having the same problem. "Not connected"
I've tried to change the Network settings but nothing happens. BTW, my firewall on system preferences (mac) is off.

thanks
