AFAIK they do not have coupons. LBC is not actually selling anything, but rather act as a marketplace and an escrow service for when people buy and sell BTC to each-other. If you trade with a specific person several times then the trader would potentially give you a less of a margin over the index rate but this is subject to you negotiating with the other trader.

LBC is not like BTC-E, where you can buy coupons. It works using a peer-to-peer service, but provides instant escrow so it's hard to scam. How are you wanting to buy bitcoins with?

You really can't use coupons with localbitcoins. You are essentially buying BTC from other traders, not from a central authority. The most discount in theory that could be given would be the amount they charge for escrow which is IIRC 2% of the trade.
