No they are not scam.. you have to wait there (pending status) around one week..

E: From FAQ: "..Pending cashouts can take up to 1 week to proces.."

and now the login-fields was removed

For next payment i'm waiting from 02 November - so 5 days - i don't have any complaint..

Maybe just write to them and ask..
