Price Dropping = Back to School

Dell was smart, they knew it was back to school time and kids needed computers for college.

I don't understand what are you trying to say, Dell adopted bitcoins before the beginning of the school, but why?

Well if lots of young Bitcoin users are going back to school then less people are using Bitcoin. Also the beginning of school each year is marked with lots of spending like buying clothes, supplies and computers. So all these people cashing out plus the drop in Bitcoin usage perhaps is causing the Price drop.

There may have been some major holders with market foresight that are utilizing the "season" to manipulate the price as well.
