We always do so many exercises daily to remain fit and if we do not have variety in exercise then it is routine boring job so I want to discuss here
monkey jumping exercise . it is though simple to do this but very powerful. take one table of medium height obstacle put at center of your drawing room start to jog and little run towards obstacles , put your two hands on that obstacles and then do a jump over the same.
This exercise will reduce fat quickly and make u fit with your belly part will be reduced if it is done for few weeks
