How to create an account on cryptonit.net?

I know this might sound like a retarded question (and possibly is one), but how do I create an account on cryptonit.net?

When I, for example, press "log in with Google", I get this error message: "Only site administrators can create new user accounts."

When I try to contact the site administrators (Support), I have to fill out the fields
- email
- subject
- message

After I press "send message" I get the error message "Your name field is required."

WTF?!?! There is no bloody "name field".

This site is borked ...

Maybe just not open to the public.

(If you're wondering how I figured that out, it's the  "Only site administrators can create new user accounts." hint).
