Well, I earn bitcoin mostly from the top 2. In Paid to click site I earn 7 cents per click by myself, easy $2 - $3 a day with active referrals. Signature campaign pays much higher, that's why I have one in my signature

I only join a signature campaign to earn some bitcoin.
The pay rate for faucets, PTC and micro-task sites are just too low and so I would rather stay away from them.
