The previous dev team has abandoned a great coin with huge potential, so i have taken it upon myself to re-launch PAYCOIN
a previous member recommended the code be changed to PAY which i think is fair.

i will putting together a team of three people to help manage this coin and secure its future in the cryptoworld.

No, it is Prior-Art that is a couple of years old. But strangely, it uses Proof of Work and Proof of Stake... you can mine it, and stake it. Which sounds a lot like the GAW PayCoin....

If enough people start using Paycoin ala 2013 again, then that will confuse the market place enough there may be room for arbitrage and profit.
