I'm facing this problem. How long did they take to deposit your coins back to your account? This gives me assurance that they have the private keys of old addresses.

dannyspk, did you get your deposit credited to your account? I unfortunately send the ltc to my old address and did not know notice that the address changed. I check the address I used and it is automatically withdraw after I deposited to it. But they are not credit to my account.
