My antminer s1 cant seem to connect to my eclipse pool or slush pool and i tried p2pool as well and nothing
after i put in the miner worker info and save and apply i wait then click on miner status and it always blank, i go to overview and it only says 16-30 connections out of 163-something-8
how do i fix, if you need logs of kernels and of the system i will be glad to post

While you're ssh'd into your S1, can you ping any outside IP addresses?  Does the cgminer process show as actively running?  Have you tried a hard reset?

Reset with the small button on the controller board back to factory defaults. The default IP is 192.168.1.99 it should have a sticker with this IP unless it is an old S1. Connect using this and set up your gateway, netmask etc. Turn it off and on. It should start mining with the factory pool settings. Somewhere somebody loves this kind of behavior. If it mines at least you know it isn't broken. If it doesn't mine you should start posting pictures of your pool settings. If they are good probably network settings.

I had a weird problem where I couldn't get an S1 to mine unless I setup a wireless connection in addition to the cabled connection I was using to communicate with it. The S1 has been happily mining this way for months now. I never did figure out what caused this if anyone has any ideas. Try wireless connection. Maybe this will work for you to.
Good luck.
